Door-to-Door Delivery – Everything You Need to Know

All orders are delivered by a courier.

Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order, before you complete the transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, once the goods are handed over to the courier for delivery to you, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your order and/or to any person as a result of your order.

We recommend that you send your order to an address where someone can sign for it during business hours. If no one is home at the address, our courier has the right to leave the goods at a secure location at that address. If no secure location is available, the courier will leave a card with their contact details so you can arrange an alternative delivery time. We regret that we cannot send orders to P.O. Boxes or post office lockers. If you choose door-to-door delivery, you can pay online using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay payment gateways, or directly redeem a Beacon Lighting gift card.

We will notify you by email after your order has shipped. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days from the date of shipment. If you have not received your order by this time, please contact our online sales support team at zhonghai1603@gmail.com.
