Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and go to Order History
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Print the prepaid return label
- Package your items and drop off at any post office
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Yes, we offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and exchange request
- We will guide you through the exchange process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchange
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Items marked as "Final Sale"
