To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please wait for approval before shipping anything back. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Return Policy: Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest option is to return the item you have. After the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
This approach helps avoid delays and makes it easier to secure what you want.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days. You may do so for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also confirm whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary by bank or card provider.
